About

Greg Oliveros' working style can be summed up in two words: energy and vision. If you have ever met with Greg, you already understand the energy part of the equation. He overflows with enthusiasm and ideas and believes that no matter what, things cannot happen without the big push. His "can do" attitude reflects his philosophy that goals, objectives and outcomes cannot possibly take place without a belief that he can get his clients to that end point. From an outsider's perspective, Greg's vision seems impossible. Greg is constantly thinking about how to serve his clients better and solve his clients' big headaches. The Oliveros Law Group PC reputation is well known throughout the Portland area as providing high quality legal services to individuals in need. Greg graduated from Western Oregon College in 1973, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Education. He worked in the Portland Public School District from 1973 to 1987. In the last five years of his career with the Portland Public School District, he was an assistant principal at Humboldt Elementary. Greg also holds two Master’s Degrees from Portland State University, also in Education. For over ten years, Greg was employed as a part time sales person at Nordstrom at Lloyd Center. Greg graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in 1990 and began practicing law in 1991. Greg has been actively working as a criminal defense lawyer for over twelve years. His criminal defense practice has emerged as a primary practice area for the firm. Over the same time period, Greg has developed an active civil litigation practice. He and his practice group continue their work in the family law area. Greg is on the Board of Directors of the Family Law Section of the Oregon State Bar. Greg believes that the Oliveros Law Group PC is committed to excellence and is constantly striving to achieve the best outcomes for all of its clients. Greg's commitment to the community has involved board memberships and ongoing use of his time and money to support miscellaneous community groups. Greg is married and has three children and three granddaughters. His daughter, Louren Oliveros, is an accomplished lawyer in New Mexico. Greg and his wife, Gina, are empty nesters and are enjoying the luxury of doing whatever they want, whenever they want.
