Gregory M. Skidmore focuses his practice on representing both individuals and companies in a wide variety of civil and business litigation matters with a primary focus on employment litigation. Gregory represents clients in cases involving age, disability, and gender discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, unpaid wages, employment contract disputes, unemployment benefits appeals, and wrongful discharge in federal, state, and tribal courts and before governmental agencies such as the EEOC and DOL. Gregory also assists business owners with the development and implementation of policies and procedures compliant with both state and federal employment laws. As a litigator, Gregory embraces his role as both an advocate and a counselor by zealously representing his clients while also recognizing his duty to seek an amicable resolution between adverse parties. In his free time, Gregory enjoys hiking and camping in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, trying new restaurants, serving in his church and community, and spending time with his wife and young children.
