I limit my practice to Estate and Trust Litigation. Most of our clients are individuals, but I also represent banks, corporate fiduciaries, non-profits and others in disputes over inheritances. These include will contests, trust contests, claims in estates, breach of fiduciary duty claims, contested accountings and other estate, probate and trust matters.

Probate attorneys guide families through the estate administration process after a loved one passes. They handle court filings, asset distribution, and dispute resolution. Common matters include estate administration, will contests, heir disputes, trust administration.
