I graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida in 1975 with a B.A. in English, from The Graduate School of Business of Stetson University in DeLand, Florida in 1977 with an M.B.A., and from The Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama in 1984 with a J.D. cum laude. I was an Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review, 1982-1984, an Associate Justice of the Henry Upson Sims Moot Court Board, 1983-1984, a member of The Order of Barristers, and a recipient of Curia Honoris. Prior to joining Krevolin & Horst, LLC in January 2008, I was a partner at Balboni Law Group LLC from February of 2003 to December 2007, a partner in the ebusiness and technology group of Baker Donelson Bearman and Caldwell, PC from February 2001 to February 2003, a partner of Balboni Law Group LLC from June 1995 through February 2001, a partner in the corporate technology group of Morris, Manning and Martin from October 1993 until May 1995, an associate in the corporate finance group at Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy from January 1988 to October 1993, and an associate in the corporate department of Parker, Johnson, Cook & Dunlevie (now the Atlanta office of Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge & Rice) from June 1984 to December 1987. Prior to law school, I sold mini and mainframe computer systems, manufacturing software applications, data communications networks, and distributed processing networks to manufacturing companies in Central Florida for the CI-MEG group of NCR Corporation in Orlando, Florida from August 1977 until August 1981.
