I have significant amount of experience in all phases of litigation, including securities litigation, all manner of claims involving construction work, general business and commercial litigation, and professional liability litigation (including defending lawyers and other professionals who've had complaints filed against them with professional boards). I have a personal interest in defending lawyers and other professionals who've been sued for malpractice, and I work at one of the few larger firms that takes, on occasion, plaintiff's cases against lawyers and law firms who've negligently represented their clients. In addition to being a lawyer, I'm also a published fiction author and a speaker who often presents seminars on how to affectively communicate your clients' story during litigation and at trial.
