With extensive experience in real estate law and real estate transactions, Mr. Hartline is dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of property matters. His legal journey began in California, where he gained invaluable experience working for the Orange County District Attorney's office and the civil mediation clinic at the Riverside County Courthouse. Mr. Hartline’s practice is not limited to real estate; he also has a robust background in criminal defense, civil litigation, family law, social security disability, and mass torts. His litigation skills were honed under the mentorship of the Honorable James E. Rogan, a notable figure in the legal field and former prosecutor in President Bill Clinton's impeachment trial. His commitment to advocacy extends to veterans' affairs, reflecting his pride in serving as a United States Marine. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in intermediate Mandarin Chinese, Mr. Hartline effectively communicates with a diverse clientele. He earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law, where he was awarded a merit scholarship, and completed his undergraduate education at the University of Alabama, receiving a Million Dollar Band Scholarship. Admitted to practice in Alabama as well as in the U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama, Mr. Hartline is well-positioned to address a wide array of legal challenges.
