I have a joint MBA/JD and experience with employment law, civil litigation and corporate law. I focus in contract drafting and negotiation, employment discrimination advising and litigation, and corporate governance. Prior to law school, I attended Wake Forest University Callaway School of Business. I have also owned and managed my own law firm; therefore, I have personal knowledge concerning running and maintaining a growing business.
