About

I am a North Carolina native who was raised in the Grantham community (a rural, farming community south of Goldsboro in Wayne County, North Carolina). Following high school, I attended the University of North Carolina, and after graduating from UNC, I moved to South Carolina to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law. Following my graduation from law school and passage of the North Carolina bar exam, I returned to North Carolina and began practicing with Strickland, Agner & Associates in January 2011. My practice focuses on family law (child custody, divorce, alimony, post separation support, equitable distribution, interim distribution, domestic violence protective orders, child support, separation agreements) speeding and traffic tickets, criminal defense, DWI defense and personal injury. I moved to Fayetteville in 2014, and in 2015 I married my wife, Jennifer, and her support means more to me than words can describe. In 2017 our firm saw a need for our services in the Fayetteville, NC region. We have opened an office staffed by my paralegal and me, and we are able to draw from our firm's vast resources to help peoople with nearly any type of legal need. I have a passion for serving others, and I am thankful my career allows me to help people who are going through some of the most important events in their lives. It is my intense desire to provide the best client service possible and to help leave a lasting, positive impact on my clients as they move forward in life. Please feel free to contact me at any time because I would love to help you in any way possible.
