GAETANA LIANTONIO-McBRIDE was admitted to practice law in New York since 1989. She joined Montfort, Healy, McGuire & Salley in 2008. Ms. McBride began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the office of the Bronx District Attorney where she handled a voluminous case load of felony indictments from inception to verdict. Her past experience includes 16 years as a senior trial attorney. Ms. McBride has tried and litigated matters of significant exposure in the areas of personal injury law, including commercial premises accidents, motor vehicle accidents and complex labor law litigation under § 240 and § 241 of the Labor Law. She has also successfully defended construction site accidents, and labor dispute litigation, including employment discrimination pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Section 1981 and wrongful termination actions.
