Mr. Bell is an experienced trial attorney handling a variety of civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice, product liability, construction defect, employment discrimination, general liability claims, property damage, toxic torts, and personal injury. Mr. Bell represents physicians, hospitals, medical facilities, optometrists, nurses, pharmacists and other professionals in both state and federal courts. In addition, Mr. Bell’s employment practice focuses on the representation of health care professionals and includes frequent appearances before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination in connection with all varieties of discrimination and harassment claims. Mr. Bell also represents contractors, subcontractors, developers, builders, and property owners in complex construction defect litigation and bodily injury construction claims, including actions based in negligence, breach of warranty, indemnification, subrogation, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and contract disputes. Mr. Bell was selected, based on a vote of all licensed attorneys in Massachusetts and a review by an independent blue ribbon panel, as a "Rising Star," as published annually in Boston Magazine and New England Super Lawyers, in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
