A partner of the firm, Faune Azad practices family law with a focus on both complex financial and parenting issues. Her years of experience and attention to detail make Faune an ideal attorney to help walk clients through challenging situations like, high-asset dissolutions, and high-conflict parenting issues. She skillfully and successfully has negotiated high net worth financial matters, including business valuations, RSUs, large real estate portfolios, tracing, characterization of property, and child support and spousal support issues. Faune’s experience is in guiding clients focused on protecting the best interests of their children and reducing the overall impact of divorce on their families. She tailors her work to address the individual needs of each client and approaches advocacy for her clients with determination and expertise. Faune has addressed complex parenting issues during domestic violence cases, dissolution of marriage, in parentage actions, and post-judgment. Her clients include busy professionals, parents, business owners, entrepreneurs and their spouses that want a hands-on approach in creating a supportive environment and expert resources. Growing up in Scottsdale, Arizona and earning her B.A. in Journalism from The University of Arizona and her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law, Faune worked both as a judicial intern and law clerk to enhance her Family Law skill set before joining the firm in 2016. As a law clerk at the Family Violence Appellate Project, a nonprofit dedicated to helping domestic violence survivors appeal their trial court decisions, Faune worked alongside the attorneys to support clients in resolving their cases. When Faune is not practicing law, she tries to spend time cooking and baking, while running after her two beautiful children with her husband.
