A native of Paris, Arkansas, Fred earned his undergraduate degree from Arkansas Tech University before obtaining his law degree from the University of Arkansas. Following his education, he relocated to Fort Smith, where he joined forces with partner Bennett Nolan to establish a firm committed to serving injured and disabled residents throughout Arkansas. Initially practicing in various legal fields, including personal injury, criminal defense, business law, and bankruptcy, Fred ultimately focused his expertise on disability law. His extensive knowledge and experience have enabled him to represent thousands of clients in both state and federal courts across Arkansas and Oklahoma, securing the benefits they deserve. Fred's commitment to his clients goes beyond the courtroom. He is passionate about giving back to the community, spending his free time volunteering with local youth organizations such as the Boy Scouts and supporting the Red Cross.
