Before transitioning to civil practice, Mr. Aloia honed his legal skills as an Assistant State Attorney from 1996 to 1998, gaining invaluable experience in the courtroom that continues to inform his approach to business litigation. He is a proud alumnus of Florida State University, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1996 after graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in 1993. Mr. Aloia’s professional credentials extend beyond state lines, as he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Supreme Court. His commitment to the community is evident through his active involvement on the Board of Directors for the Thomas Edison & Henry Ford Winter Estates, Inc., as well as his participation in various local organizations, including his role as a parishioner at The Church of the Resurrection of Our Lord Catholic Church.
