Frank I. Powers is a Certified Specialist in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation by the State Bar of Arizona, Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Powers devotes all of his law practice to representing clients who have been seriously injured or who have lost loved ones due to the wrongful conduct or negligence of others. His over 20 years of trial experience in Arizona has gained him recognition by his peers as a premier plaintiff's trial lawyer. In 2009, Mr. Powers was honored to be selected by his peers to be listed in The Best Lawyers in America and has continued to be listed since. He is a member of several professional trial associations and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a professional organization recognizing accomplishments of lawyers winning multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for their clients. He has also been a presenter at seminars and is active in several other professional organizations. He served as a big brother for the Valley Big Brothers from 1990-2000, and on the North Scottsdale Little League Board from 2011-20115. He is also active in other civic organizations. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Arizona State University in 1986. He earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, where he also served as an Executive Editor of the Law Review.
