Frank Howard, a Union County native, has practiced law for more than twenty-five years. Mr. Howard concentrates his practice in the areas of probate, contracts and real estate law . Mr. Howard is known throughout central Ohio for his expertise in resolving title defects . He is often asked to certify titles to the Union County Common Pleas Court. Additionally, Mr. Howard is the primary legal advisor for Midland Title Agency of Union County . He also has been a guest lecturer at numerous real estate seminars. In addition to being a licensed attorney, Mr. Howard is also a title agent for First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. He is also co-owner of Midland Title Agency of Union County and Midland Development Services, LLC.
