Frank A. Coppa is a seasoned attorney based in Wyckoff, New Jersey, with extensive experience in Financial Services, General Practice, Investigations, and Personal Injury law. With years of litigation experience in both State and Federal courts as well as before the American Arbitration Association, Frank adeptly combines his legal expertise with a deep understanding of his clients’ aspirations, ensuring effective and efficient representation. Before founding his own firm, Frank honed his skills at one of New Jersey's largest law firms, where he played a pivotal role in the Commercial Litigation, Banking & Financial Services, Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights, and Construction Groups. His responsibilities included managing cases from pre-suit investigations through to trial, advocating for clients in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Superior Court of New Jersey. Frank's commitment to justice began with a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Robert J. Passero at the Superior Court. He further served as a Deputy Attorney General for New Jersey, representing the Division of Consumer Affairs and prosecuting violations of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. His work included significant investigations into fraudulent business practices affecting consumers across the state. Recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyer Magazine from 2011 to 2014, Frank is celebrated for his contributions to the legal community. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Camden and holds a B.A. in History from Rutgers College, where he was a dedicated varsity athlete. Frank resides in Bergen County with his wife and three children, where he continues to advocate for his clients with passion and integrity.
