About
Felix Zydallis has been an attorney for over 30 years. Throughout that period of time, he has been honored to have represented thousands of individuals who were the unfortunate victims of auto accidents, falls, medical malpractice and workplace accidents. For the past several years, he has specialized in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability. The common thread that has existed throughout his time as a lawyer, and the most rewarding aspect for him, is that he has always been an advocate for the average guy. He has never represented a large corporation or an insurance carrier in any litigation that he has been involved in. On the contrary, he has made a conscious choice to be a voice for the injured in a judicial system which is often overwhelming and intimidating to the everyday person. When a worker is injured in a workplace accident, it is often one of the most traumatic experiences of their lives. There are immediate concerns over a loss of income and how to keep one’s head above water financially during the period of disability, as well as how to get the proper medical treatment. Employers and insurance carriers are often not helpful – they have other agendas. The injured need someone to carry the torch and protect their rights. Mr. Zydallis has always been on the frontline in addressing those issues on behalf of his clients so that they can quickly return to a normal life. Representation of claimants who are attempting to avail themselves of Social Security Disability benefits[ has been one of the most satisfying aspects of his legal career. It is in this area that he believes his work can help to change the lives of those who suddenly find themselves unable to be gainfully employed. It is, for most people, a mysterious and frustrating system, so he has been happy to bring these claims to a successful resolution. Mr. Zydallis says it has been an honor to be of service to so many deserving clients in their time of need. He hopes to have the opportunity to continue what has been his life’s work on your behalf.
