My primary areas of practice are Personal Injury, Employment Discrimination, Criminal Defense, Contracts, Wills & Trsuts and Real Estate. My belief is as an advocate my primary duty is to listen. As a young adult, I, a published playwright, had a passion for writing which I actively integrates in the practice of law. Over the years, I have developed a keen awareness of legal writing and its stronghold on the legal process. One notable case includes Park v. Park whereby I submitted a key Brief to the Nevada Supreme Court and won! Beyond writing skills, I have experience in successfully negotiating and litigating cases. I have been successful in obtaining favorable settlements in car accidents, employment discrimination, unemployment hearings, civil rights, mold and contract disputes. My main motto which has remanined a constant throughout my legal career "providing a voice."
