Eric Paul Buchakjian is a member of the Moermond & Mulligan, LLC team, bringing with him more than 5 years of professional experience. Prior to joining our firm, Eric worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney representing the State of Ohio in felony criminal cases. Eric successfully prosecuted all levels of crimes, including complex cases such as child sex cases, financial crimes, RICO crimes, and multi-jurisdictional drug investigations. Among his many responsibilities were conducting jury and bench trials as well as managing all aspects of the litigation process. Passionate about protecting the rights of the criminally accused, Eric is able to use his experience as an assistant prosecutor to achieve the best outcome for his clients. He is able to see and evaluate the case from the State’s point of view, allowing him to provide a thorough and aggressive defense. From his recent professional accomplishments all the way back to his first position as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office, Eric has always exhibited a knack for the law and an uncompromising will to win.
