My sole focus is criminal defense. I have proudly defended the constitutional rights of people in thousands of cases across the State of Arizona. I've helped Client's defend against accusations ranging from marijuana to murder. I believe that everyone must be presumed innocent and that we must always FORCE the Government to carry its burden of proof - beyond a reasonable doubt - before we allow the loss of any freedom whatsoever. I work hard to make sure that these principals are honored by Prosecutors, Judges, Police, and even my own Clients!
