The State Bar of Wisconsin admitted him to practice in 2014, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Wisconsin as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. Emil's professional journey in the legal field is marked by a series of significant accomplishments and recognitions. Recently, he was appointed to the Milwaukee County Personnel Review Board for a five-year term. This nomination, made by the Milwaukee County Executive and confirmed by the Milwaukee Board of Supervisors. The board acts as a crucial arbitration body, dealing with employment disciplinary matters for nearly all county employees. Over the past nine years, Emil's contributions to the legal field have not gone unnoticed. In 2017, his emerging legal prowess earned him the title of "Up and Coming Lawyer" by the Wisconsin Law Journal. In 2023, he received the prestigious "Diversity in Law" award from the same journal, highlighting his contributions to fostering diversity in the legal profession. The same year, he was also listed to the "Power 30" Personal Injury Attorney list in Wisconsin.
