Elliott C. Lichtman is a well-respected attorney with decades of experience in immigration law. His practice is wide-ranging covering employment-based and family-sponsored immigration as well as other discrete areas of immigration law. He strives to provide high-quality and personal service to each of his clients who include individuals, families, nonprofit organizations, and large corporations. As a leading expert in business immigration, Mr. Lichtman has published extensively on issues related to H-1B and L-1 visas, labor certifications, and other topics. He has also taught and presented on immigration law in many contexts. Additionally, Mr. Lichtman has served in leadership positions in the American Immigration Lawyers Association ("AILA") including the Chair, Co-Chair, or Member of the following bodies: Administrative Regulations and Policy Committee, Committee on H-1 Visas, Task Force on Consular Review, Business Immigration, Liaison Committee with the U.S. Department of Labor, and Liaison Committee with INS.
