Elizabeth Sharp Lynch, known as Betsy, is an accomplished attorney and the Owner and Founder of Lynch Sharp & Associates, LLC in Kansas City, KS. With nearly two decades of legal experience, Betsy specializes in Creditor Rights, Investigations, Personal Injury, and Small Claims, providing comprehensive legal solutions for her clients. A proud graduate of Westminster College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business with an emphasis in Finance in 2002, Betsy furthered her education by obtaining her Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2005. Her legal career began while clerking for the Honorable Robert L. Trout, where she gained invaluable experience in landlord-tenant matters, collection suits, and civil trials. In 2007, she transitioned into bankruptcy law at a Kansas City firm before establishing her own practice in 2011, aiming to offer flexible solutions for her clients. Betsy has been recognized as one of Kansas City's top legal professionals, receiving the Best of the Bar award from the Kansas City Business Journal annually since 2012 and being named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine in 2013 and 2014. Her commitment to community service has led her to serve on the Council for the Young Lawyers Section of the Missouri Bar Association, as well as on the boards of Catholic Charities of Kansas City-St. Joseph and the Junior League of Kansas City.
