With a comprehensive understanding of estate planning and fiduciary duties, Elizabeth is a licensed private fiduciary who takes pride in her roles as guardian, conservator, trustee, and personal representative. Her expertise extends to public speaking, where she has delivered insightful presentations on topics such as Charitable Gift Planning, Diminished Capacity, and Best Practices for Trustees Managing Special Needs Trusts. In 2017, Elizabeth co-chaired the Probate and Trust track for the Arizona State Bar’s CLE by the Sea program and was invited to repeat this role in 2018, underscoring her commitment to legal education and professional development.
