With years of experience, Elena has built a formidable reputation representing individuals and corporations facing serious federal and state charges, including wire and mail fraud, securities and bank fraud, money laundering, and various violent crimes. Before establishing her private practice, Elena served as a Felony Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, where she handled thousands of cases from arraignment to resolution. Throughout her six years in this role, she successfully tried dozens of cases, including high-profile prosecutions such as the double homicide case of Nikolai Rakossi, marking a historic first for a trial proceeding in the Russian Federation due to extradition challenges. Elena’s extensive investigative background further enhances her legal acumen.
