Brad is a skilled trial lawyer with a practice that emphasizeslitigation, including real property, personal injury and otherlitigation matters. He graduated cum laude from BrighamYoung University School of Law, LLM program. Prior to that Bradgraduated from the University of British Columbia School of Law, wherehe served as the Managing Editor of the UBC Law Review. Bradpracticed law as a Barrister and Solicitor in British Columbia, Canadafor five years, starting his legal career with the national firm ofLang Michener. He moved to Oregon in 1999 where he first worked forthe firm of Harrang Long Gary Rudnick, P.C. prior to joining the firmof Hutchinson, Cox, Coons, DuPriest, Orr & Sherlock, P.C. andbecoming a shareholder. His experience includes complexinter-jurisdictional commercial litigation and multi-party real estatedisputes as well as complex civil litigation matters. Brad worked aspart of the appeals team on the largest jury verdict in Oregon history,Williams v. Philip Morris Inc, a $79 million verdict against Philip Morris Inc. Brad has in the past, and actively continues to represent individuals in family law cases. He finds personal satisfaction in helping parties resolve their disputes, move their cases along, and if necessary, aggressively proceed to trial. Brad is a zealous advocate for his clients with significant trial and jury experience.
