Doug Tingvall has been representing residential real estate professionals since 1982 and is one of the best-known and most respected real estate attorneys in Washington. Doug was the principal drafter of the Law of Real Estate Agency in Washington, as well as several other laws affecting real estate. He also handled the successful appeal in Sing v. John L. Scott, Inc., 134 Wn.2d 24 (1997). Doug’s practice emphasizes real estate brokerage law, residential transactions, real estate litigation, arbitration, mediation, disciplinary actions, expert testimony and real estate continuing education.
