About

I have been practicing since 2000, specializing in Washington workers compensation and personal injury cases. Over my 20+ years of practice, I have learned that fighting and winning against the insurance companies requires different tools for different jobs. Sometimes its a quiet conversation, relying upon decades of relationships built up with adjusters. Other times it requires going and meeting with every one of your doctors to help translate doctor-speak into insurance-speak. Or it just takes filing the case and beating them in court. I even handle necessary appeals in workers compensation cases, all the way up to the State Supreme Court if necessary. This may be your first accident or work-injury, or it may be one of many you have had in your life. I have handled hundreds of cases and can guide you to the end, because this is not my first time walking this path. In addition to representing injury victims, I have been an active member of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ) trying to improve the laws for everyone in Washington. I have actively and successfully lobbied for changes before the Washington State Legislature. In 2022, I was honored to receive the inaugural Workers Advocate of the Year award from the WSAJ. All consultations are free of charge.
