Doug Lickert is an attorney and certified public accountant (CPA) with more than 25 years of combined legal and business experience. His primary areas of practice include bankruptcy, divorce, estate planning, and business law. Mr. Lickert received a Masters of Business Administration from W. Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Mr. Lickert has served as an adjunct instructor at Pulaski Technical College and as a speaker for seminars conducted by the National Business Institute. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Lickert served as a Vice President of a financial services firm and worked as a commercial loan officer and loan workout specialist with a large commercial bank. He has audited small to medium sized businesses as a CPA for certified public accountant firms in Atlanta, Georgia, and Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Lickert has a passion for helping individuals and small businesses facing financial difficulties, and is uniquely qualified to provide superior services to those individuals and small businesses. He offers free consultations for debt related problems, including bankruptcy. Unlike many large bankruptcy firms, Mr. Lickert is personally involved in every phase of the bankruptcy process for all of his clients, including meeting with his clients, preparing information for the bankruptcy petition and schedules, attending meetings and hearings, and personally answering any questions that clients might have. He monitors the case from start to finish to ensure that each client obtains the relief he or she is seeking.
