I am an elder law attorney dedicated to serving the needs of the disabled and elderly population here in New Jersey. My areas of practice include asset preservation planning, complex Medicaid applications, Guardianship litigation, estate planning, and reviewing/negotiating long-term care contracts and nursing home admissions agreements. My passion for elder law ignited in law school where I participated in pro-bono work assisting low-income, elderly individuals fight evictions, negotiate debtor-creditor issues, as well as providing assistence in applying for government benefits. This experience spring-boarded me into the private practice of law upon graduation. I take a very personalzied and hollistic approach to the practice of law. I understand that you probably have many worries, fears and anxieties if you are coming to me. It's my job to guide you through the legal complexities of your case, and it's my hope that by doing so in a careful and campassionate way, I'm able to calm your anxieties and achieve the results you desire.
