Following twenty years as a litigator in private practice and as a state prosecutor, I opened my own practice in September, 2012 to work as an independent fact finder for colleges and universities in student sexual misconduct and employee-student harassment matters. I also provide advice and counsel to educational institutions on Title IX issues, conduct internal investigations for employers, and provide training in Title IX and employment discrimination prevention. Finally, I continue to maintain a small litigation practice in which I represent plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil and criminal matters.
Employment and labor attorneys handle workplace legal matters including discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage disputes. They represent both employees and employers. Common matters include wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage disputes.
