Dian Sharon Rubanoff, known as Dee, is a distinguished employment law attorney based in Oregon, where she has dedicated her career to advocating for employers and navigating the complexities of labor relations. Graduating summa cum laude and as valedictorian from Whittier Law School in 1991, Dee laid a strong academic foundation that propelled her into a successful legal career. After relocating to Oregon, she honed her skills at a prominent law firm in downtown Portland for a decade, where she gained comprehensive experience in litigation, appellate law, and employment law. In 2001, Dee transitioned to a firm specializing exclusively in representing management in labor and employment matters, a move that ignited her passion for this vital area of law.
