I represent clients in high stakes commercial litigation and criminal cases. I have represented plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving securities fraud, consumer protection, qui tam/false claims act, and business disputes. I also have defended clients in criminal cases involving health care fraud, tax fraud, counterfeit currency, identity theft, drug trafficking, armed robbery, and first degree murder. I have tried several cases to verdict, and have represented clients on appeal in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
