Derek T. Marshall is a business, real-estate, non-profit, and estate planning attorney. Derek was raised and attended school in Orem, Utah, and returned to Orem to live with his wife, daughter and twin boys. In addition to trying to keep up with his energetic children and wife, Derek’s hobbies include playing basketball and golf; working in his yard and garden; reading the occasional historical novel, and following the BYU and Oregon’s sports teams.
