He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and Ohio State Bar Association. Out of Ohio’s nearly 40,000 attorneys, approximately 21 are certified Elder Law Attorneys. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Capital University in 1969, and his Juris Doctor cum laude from Capital's Law School in 1972. Mr. Mille is a member of the American, Ohio, California, and Cleveland Metro Bar Associations. He also holds membership in other associations including the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Mille is active in the community by serving on the following boards and committees: Middleburg Heights Chamber of Commerce and for 17 years was a Southwest General Health Center Trustee. He was a member of the Middleburg Heights Jaycees, Jaycee Foundation, and was awarded U.S. Jaycee Ambassador #2206. He provides free legal consultations to senior cititzens at Middleburg Heights Senior Center and the Strongsville Senior Center. Mr. Mille is a retired Air Force Colonel, was the former Senior IMA Judge Advocate at Air Education and Training Command, and received the Legion of Merit Award upon military retirement.
