Denise Reid Hoggard is a seasoned attorney based in Arkansas, specializing in employment law, personal injury, and general civil litigation. With extensive experience in both federal and state courts, Ms. Hoggard has built a distinguished career advocating for clients in complex legal matters, including those involving the Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. As the current President of the Arkansas Bar Association, she demonstrates her commitment to the legal profession and her leadership within the community. An adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law, Ms. Hoggard shares her extensive knowledge in employment law with aspiring legal professionals.
