David Stephen Gladish is a seasoned attorney based in Highland, Indiana, with extensive experience in General Practice, Medical Malpractice, and Personal Injury law. A lifelong resident of Lake County, Indiana, David graduated from Munster High School in 1987 and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, graduating Cum Laude from Calumet College of St. Joseph in 1991. David successfully passed both the Indiana and Illinois Bar Examinations on his first attempt, demonstrating his legal acumen and commitment to excellence. David is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Illinois and is a proud member of several prestigious organizations, including the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, Lake County Bar Association, East Chicago Bar Association, and Delta Theta Phil Law Fraternity. His credentials allow him to represent clients in all courts of Indiana and Illinois, as well as in the United States District Courts for both districts in Indiana and Illinois, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Specializing in injury/wrongful death, medical malpractice, and civil rights cases, David has earned numerous accolades throughout his career. He has been recognized as a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist since 2002 by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has been consistently named a member of Indiana Super Lawyers since 2010 in the area of Personal Injury β Plaintiff.
