David Galinis graduated cum laude from Duke University with a degree in economics in 1992. He received his Juris Doctorate from George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC in 1997. He is licensed to practice law in three states, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, and in the United States District Courts in both Maryland and Virginia. David is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and the Estates and Elder Law sections of both the Maryland and Montgomery County Bar Associations. His tenure with the firm has been unique in that he has had a hand in almost every one of the firm’s practice areas. He has been an advocate for the disabled in workers’ compensation hearings, disability retirement proceedings, and personal injury matters. He considers it one of his greatest privileges to have worked so closely with labor organizations representing local and municipal government employees. He is currently the managing partner of the Estates and Social Security practice and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
