My name is David Therrien-Power and I am happy to provide civil and criminal litigation services and representation to the Yakima Valley and surrounding communities. As a member of Yakima Law, PLLC, I strive to work with our growing team to engage with our community and assist our clients with a variety of legal needs. As a former prosecutor and defense attorney, I have appeared on hundreds of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases. I have also expanded my practice to include assistance with civil litigation and have represented clients in anti-harassment and protection orders, real estate disputes, contract disputes, business disputes, probate, personal injury, adult guardianship and employment disputes. I believe that a direct, fair, and firm approach to disputes and lawsuits can bring good results to clients. I also am happy to provide assistance with contract review, estate planning, and business formation for those clients that need help but are not currently invloved in litigation.
