David E. Gross was admitted to the New York bar in 1992 and the New Jersey bar in 1993. David is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court and the United States Veterans Affairs. David attended Tuoro College and received his B.S. in 1987. He then went on to Yeshiva University and received his J.D. in 1991 where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. David has been with Finkelstein & Partners since 1993 and is a partner at the firm. David has handled thousands of plaintiff’s personal injury cases as a managing attorney. Very early in his career David began acquiring an understanding of the complex issues caused by particular types of injuries, specifically head trauma injuries. David is a dedicated member of Finkelstein & Partner's Neurolaw Trial Group. Before David was a Finkelstein & Partners attorney he was a partner in a small firm, and was a court appointed law guardian, whose duty was to protect children's rights.
