My legal experience and interests cover a broad range of matters, including trust and estate planing, probate and trust administration, litigation, guardianship matters, real property matters including homeowner association disputes, purchase and sale agreements, and leases, business issues including entity formation and administration, agreements, disputes, intellectual property, and electronic commerce. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, skiing, and cycling.
