David Colby Addison

After nearly a decade of workplace experience, Colby decided to attend law school to give a voice to individuals fighting their current or former employers. His decision came easy after witnessing numerous employers violate the legal rights of everyday hard-working Oklahomans. Colby graduated from the University of Oklahoma with both his Bachelors of Science degree and his juris doctorate. During law school, he received numerous academic accolades and was selected as a member of the Oklahoma Law Review. Prior to founding his own firm, Colby gained years of litigation and trial experience with an Oklahoma City law firm. Recently, Colby earned recognition by Super Lawyers as one of the top-rated attorneys in the nation. Colby is also a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and the Oklahoma Employment Lawyers Association. An avid supporter of our local communities, Colby has spent countless hours volunteering his time. Since 2008, Colby has volunteered as a big brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters. When the May 2013 tornadoes struck, he was a project manager with the American Red Cross working to ensure shelters and volunteers were set up and strategically placed. Additionally, Colby spent hundreds of hours in the past decade working with local first responders, public schools, and the American Red Cross to enhance the public’s education on disaster preparedness.
