David A. Rabbino is a member of the firm’s Dirt Law practice group. He has over 25 years of experience in environmental law and environmental litigation, and he has been designated by his peers six times as a Super Lawyer in environmental litigation. He was also named a leading Oregon lawyer in Environmental Law in the 2016 edition of Chambers & Partners. David represents both plaintiffs and defendants and has significant experience in environmental coverage actions. Prior to entering private practice, David worked for 11 years as an enforcement attorney for the Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”), where he was instrumental in the development of national policy on Superfund issues.
