A dual graduate in Political Science and Economics from Southern Methodist University, he earned his law degree from the prestigious Georgetown University Law Center in 1990. Throughout his extensive career, Attorney Branch has dedicated himself to championing the rights of his clients and has built a reputation as a formidable advocate in the arena of Employment Law, with a particular focus on class actions. As the founder of the Law Offices of David A. Branch, he has successfully navigated complex legal waters, representing clients in a wide array of cases, including employment discrimination, labor disputes, wage and hour issues, and employment negotiations. His commitment to justice is exemplified by his involvement in significant class-action lawsuits, such as representing a group of revenue officers against the Internal Revenue Service, showcasing his ability to take on formidable opponents. In a landmark case in 2018, Attorney Branch represented a deaf employee in an EEO claim against the National Security Agency (NSA), successfully advocating for the provision of necessary interpreting services.
