Danny M. Neeham graduated form West Texas State University with a B.S., and he received is J.D. from Texas Tech University of Law in 1975 where he served as Business Manager of the Texas Tech Law Review. Danny’s practice areas include transportation and railroad litigation, personal injury and wrongful death litigation, and civil trial litigation. He has served as President of the Amarillo Bar Association and is a member of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel and Texas Association of Defense Counsel. He is the past Program Director and current Vice-chairman of the American Law Firm Association (“ALFA”) Transportation Practice Group and a member of the Transportation Lawyer’s Association. Danny M. Needham has been honored to be named as a Texas Super Lawyer in 2006, 2007, and 2008, an honor reserved for only 5% of attorneys in the State of Texas.
