Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Daniel Saichek received his Juris Doctor from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law, Chicago IL, in January, 1989, and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in June, 1989. In addition to operating his law practice, he was staff attorney at the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission, and at C.A.R.P.L.S. (Coordinated Advice and Referral Program for Legal Services), Cook County's premier legal aid hotline. He also staffed the Family Law Advice Desk at the Richard M. Daley Center Courthouse in downtown Chicago, IL
