About
During my 36 years as a member of the Bar, I have tried over 120 jury trials as lead counsel. My focus today is on cases involving serious personal injury whether from medical malpractice, products liability or automobile torts. I also pursue legal malpractice cases on behalf of plaintiffs. From 1982 to 2004, I spent countless hours as a volunteer advocating for the rights of injured persons and consumers before the General Assembly of Maryland. I have also volunteered time in Annapolis and Washington advocating on behalf of couples coping with infertility and couples attempting to adopt children, and on behalf of a woman's right to choose. My primary hobby is politics and I also ski and kayak and read non-fiction.
