Daniel Hutto is a native of Arizona and was born and raised in Tucson. He attended the University of Arizona where he received his B.A. in Political Science. Daniel then attended the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where he earned his Juris Doctorate. During law school, Daniel worked under a limited practice certification for both the Maricopa County Attorney's Office and City of Phoenix Prosecutor's Office. Following law school, Daniel accepted employment with a local civil and family law firm. During this time, he gained critical knowledge in all areas of family law including: divorce, property division, legal decision-making, parenting time, child support, and spousal maintenance. In 2013, Daniel accepted a position as a Deputy County Attorney at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. As a former prosecutor for MCAO, Daniel has experience handling both felony and misdemeanor offenses. Ultimately, he ascended to the Vehicular Crimes Unit, where he focused on Aggravated DUI's, Aggravated Assaults, Endangerment and other vehicle based offenses. This experience gives him a unique understanding of the criminal justice system, giving him an advantage in negotiating a plea and preparing for trial. Daniel is a member of both the Maricopa County Bar Association and American Bar Association.
