Attorney Daniel A. Pallen is a stalwart courtroom litigator with extensive experience in all aspects of criminal defense, Orphans' Court representation, and civil litigation to include: appeals, foreclosure defense, and PCRA claims. Mr. Pallen a year 2002 graduate of Boston College. He earned a Masters Degree at American University and completed his law studies, earning a J.D., at the Dickinson School of Law (Penn State University). He was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in year 2007. Prior to founding the Law Offices of Daniel A. Pallen, P.L.L.C, a general practice firm, in year 2012, Mr. Pallen gained experience in civil litigation at an insurance defense firm in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. He began his law career in 2007 with the Franklin County Office of the Public Defender in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Mr. Pallen serves as appointed conflict counsel for the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in matters of plenary guardianship, adoptions, and criminal defense.
