Daniel Noll is a native of Springfield, Illinois. He graduated from Illinois College with a degree in Business Administration and Economics in 2006. For law school, Daniel attended Southern Illinois University School of Law. He was named to the Dean’s list and was also an editor of the Southern Illinois University Law Journal, a publication of legal and scholarly works. Mr. Noll spent a large amount of time during law school getting practical experience. He was a clerk for United States District Court Judge (retired) Jeanne Scott. In addition, he interned with the Sangamon County State’s Attorney’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office in Springfield, Illinois. In 2010, Mr. Noll graduated from SIU with his Jurist Doctorate and passed the bar that year. After graduation, Daniel returned to Springfield, IL and worked for the Sangamon County State’s Attorney’s Office. In that position, he prosecuted traffic and misdemeanor offenses and took felony cases to jury trial. After a short time with the State’s Attorney, Daniel decided to go into private practice in his family’s law firm. In this capacity, he has defended cases ranging from speeding tickets to Federal Triple Murder Death Penalty cases. Mr. Noll is an aggressive attorney with a common sense approach to dealing with legal problems. He has been very successful in jury trials and negotiating for clients because of his understanding of the law, his trial experience, and his willingness to fight for his client’s rights.
